We developed and implemented a comprehensive year-one strategy for Brown University's new, state-of-the-art performing arts institute, The Lindemann. The plan was designed to engage students, connect with the local community, and establish the institute's presence in the broader arts world. Through strategic outreach and targeted initiatives, we successfully positioned the institute as a vibrant hub for the arts, fostering strong connections and elevating its profile both locally and globally.

Services in Nigeria
A comprehensive solution
We were approached by a Nigerian fibre optic broadband company seeking to expand from its bridgehead in Lagos to the broader national and regional markets. Conseil Albigeois assisted the company in preparing its corporate documentation to raise funds for its expansion from foreign investors and then assisted in the fundraising efforts through strategic introductions to potential investment partners.

An unexpected outcome
After a key person in their business fell ill, the client came to us to galvanise their business. With a focus on smart cities technology, we created a roll-out strategy for capturing the domestic market and identified international investors to finance the company's expansion.

An unexpected outcome
Our client approached us with an objective: to bring a US ghost kitchen company and technology to the Middle East. One of the key shareholders wanted to sell a portion of his position and sought a co-investor to bring the technology and concept to the Middle East. We engaged in a full transaction advisory exercise, determining that the transaction was not a good fit for the client but that the business idea itself was extremely promising - both for the Middle East and globally.

After several changes in management, we were approached by an emerging European commercial multi-family office platform seeking to overhaul and revitalise their operations and brand. We implemented comprehensive organisational and infrastructural changes to facilitate operational cohesion across functional groups while ensuring staff buy-in and involvement.

Branding from Scratch
Through imagination and hard work, we turned a decrepit cellar into a Tony Award-winning New York theatre. We mentored the team, created marketing materials, developed a dynamic pricing strategy, and white-labelled a Salesforce ticketing system. We also established a special events department and a tiered loyalty program, ensuring excellent guest service. The strategies we implemented remain in use today.

Finding new audiences
We reorganised marketing strategy for Stomp, raising revenue by 12% in the first year, revitalising the show's campaign through fresh branding, website redesign (facilitating consumers’ access to actionable information) and new online campaigns to converge social media and algorithmic buying. By aligning the advertising budget with dynamic pricing, in combination with new tourist and group outreach programs, we added an additional 5% growth in the second year, making the show competitive with long-running shows such as Chicago the Musical and Lion King on Broadway.

Harold Alby
A 23 year veteran in operations, financial services, consulting and family office management, I have co-founded and led several multi-family office platforms in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the United States. With deep experience across sectors and geographies, I offer keen strategic insights and practical implementation to resolve the most complex challenges.
